You canreturn your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damagedprovided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning tillend.
Inform: You need to share the name and image of the product via email at support@hidayas.com within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product.
Once you receive our confirmation foryour return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish toreturn with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into thebox/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days fromthe day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the productwill be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original andunused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process therefund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its originalpackaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s)and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy Damaged / used / products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. The items can be sent back to you at an additional ₹125 shipping cost, or you may collect them in-person from our store. Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns.
